Admin to change all preferences (profile and settings) for the entire company. This would make life easier for everyone rather than the entire company having to log in individually to do this as many will not do it.

Only allow service types someone is billable for to show on their client dropdown
For instance, If an RBT is working with an Aetna client, they should only have dropdown options that show RBT services, not BCBA services as well. The current system is convoluted.

BILLING - Page # options at top and bottom of screen
It would be helpful to have the choice to go from page to page of claims at both the top and bottom of the screen. i.e. claims awaiting submission, process existing claims, ERA's, really all of the billing tabs would make things so much easier.

View Archived Staff Appointments without having to reactivate
It would be great to be able to see appointments of all archived staff from before when they were archived, without having to physically go in and reactivate them all, so that we can ensure there are no gaps in client schedules for billing purpose...
