I think there should be a way to either automatically have catalyst create the appointment or a way to create appointments in bulk. It would be much smoother for our team if we could manage billing codes in a list rather than 1 appointment at at time.
We dont preschedule in WebABA as a result of our schedule changes daily and pulling data from Catalyst felt the easiest way to get the schedule set so we can bill. (Billing through webaba is our primary function)
