Please add a total scheduled hours area for staff to see how many hours they are planned to work in a week. This would be helpful to see if Analysts are scheduling based on billable requirements, and would help to see if RBTs are getting scheduled...

We need to have the option to specify a Client Cancellation or a Provider Cancellation on the appointment status.

should expand the size limit on uploads and this should be address quickly. It is ridiculous with medical documents to have to cut down the size limit of things because it exceeds size limits!!!!
