I would love the option to have staff mark non-billable appointments as kept or not like we now have for billable appointments. (We can mark client appointments with non-billable service types as "Kept" but not event appointments as "kept".)

To remove saved "Client Signature" on Progress Notes. Have the signature clear after signing for each progress note. Fresh new signature each time and eliminates fraud.

Do not allow Signing of notes unless appointment is marked Kept
Do not allow signing of progress notes unless appointment is marked Kept. Alternatively show a warning alert to remind staff to mark Kept before signing a progress note.
