Client Messaging "Send and copy to contact log" add way to know which case it goes to

Hello, I wanted to use the "send & copy to contact log" feature but cannot identify which case I would like to attach to. Is there a way to have some identifiers show up for this feature. For example, the service type assigned to the case would be a helpful way to identify. We need to be sure the information goes to the correct case.
