I have an authorization for hours through a local school district. I'm currently unable to track that authorization in WebABA- I created a non-CPT code, but can't actually add an authorization to track utilization of the code.

I have several staff members just copy notes from the previous day without actually writing another note. One option that would help is getting rid of the copy previous note which will force staff members to write new notes every sessions

A place to leave notes with times on client profile for admin purposes. Example "02/03/2024 5:00 PM parent called in to say may be making a change in insurance".

I think it would be useful and less time consuming to have a pre-filled template that is created from the ABA provider so they do not have to put their assessment together from scratch for initial.

Under email address of the client, I am unable to add the same email address to the sibling of my client. This is very much a flaw as it would be unreasonable to expect a parent to have to juggle multiple emails to have an account for each child. ...

Require a service type or popup alert if no service type is entered before clicking Save when scheduling a new appointment.

We have 3-4 clients per room as most places do, but we are only allowed to schedule 1 client per room. Instead of us having to make Verde1, 2, 3 can we just allow more client's per room?

There should be an upload document feature within each authorization that allows the documentation from the insurance to be stored with corresponding auth.

Would love for the end time to not automatically change when you edit the start time. For example, a session is scheduled 8-11. The client comes early and we edit the start time to 7:50. WebABA automatically changes the end time to be an hour late...
