I want to be able to see everything owed by a specific payor, client, month, or everything all at once. Pulling individual clients is incredibly annoying.

We would like to have a Report which has all the Information with Client's Name, DOB, Insurance Id, DOS, Claim Billed Date, Billed Amount, Contractual Allowed, Primary Insurance Paid, Secondary Insurance Paid, Patient's Responsibility such as Copa...

Specifically whether claims are pending, paid, or denied across all insurance plans in real-time.

The calendar filter feature from Accupoint is incredibly helpful and should be replicated in WebABA.

It would be great if we can input a requested PA once it's submitted and mark it approved when it get's approved.

The Daily billing report has a column already for "payer" but this only reflects the name of the entity that paid the claim once paid. It would be helpful to also have another column such as "Primary Payer" so that I can view/sort who is expected ...

It would also be nice if the page had filters so the approver could sort oldest to newest, by RBT, or by client.

We need a feature to add multiple staff to one appointment, especially if using a nonbillable appointment. Adding staff trainings to every single staffs called at is exhausting.

I want to be able to add multiple clients to one staff person directly from the staff person's profile. It is so tedious to have to open each client's profile to add one staff person.

It's limiting to have double booking turned on or off for a user. It would be much better to have a warning pop up when trying to double book. This would allow more functionality in the calendar.
