In organization settings (or in user profile) allow someone to change default length of appointments

In our specific context, we do a whole lot of exactly 30 minute appointments and almost none that are 1 hour long exactly.

If I could set 30 min to be default company wide, I would. If my only option was for each worker to go into their own profile page and change it manually, that would be second best.
