Under email address of the client, I am unable to add the same email address to the sibling of my client. This is very much a flaw as it would be unreasonable to expect a parent to have to juggle multiple emails to have an account for each child. Is there a way to have different client profiles with the same email?
The system will not allow duplicate email addresses to be saved across clients on the client details page. However, this can be accomplished using our Contact Network feature. I would advise you to save both clients without an email address on client details, and then add the email address as a “Contact” for both of the clients using the Contact Network.
