Staff members should NOT be able to see other staff members schedules. As a business owner, I know that this can cause major problems among staff and it should not be a default. I am not sure if this access is malfunction in the permissions but other ABA systems do not have this as a default. Same for the Catalyst Notes matching. That is a task designated to the administrative staff and/or biller. Staff members should not be matching their own notes. It should either Auto match or the admin should match it. Please consider removing these defaults.

As of 12/6/23 we have added a new permission under "Therapists" that can be unchecked if you want to remove the ability for that user to see the "Catalyst Notes" tab.
