Suggestion: It would be ideal if we did not have to remove signatures from progress notes or delete invoices in order to update an appointment service type. Is there a way to just have the update cross over into the already signed progress note or over into an existing invoice that has not been added to "await submit" (totally understand that this cannot apply if the invoice is already in "await submit"). This would be super helpful so that we are not losing original signatures and dates, this is critical to the medical record. It would also be helpful to not have everyone involved having to back track for such a small change. If its an Admin level change/update we should not have to engage clinicians unless necessary, as they are busy taking care of clients. The need to involve clinicians should be an option and not a requirement for a small change. We would like to minimize the Admin activity for all clinicians.
Also, the option to change a service type within an invoice just like we already have the option to change the place of service within an invoice would be great. Making this available at invoice level would be a game changer.
