Reports and Filter Tools - Select "All" should select only visible/filtered Items

When using Report / Billing Tools that all for searching and filtering entries, the select "All" option selects all available options rather than just those that are displayed. For example, when filtering 97153 (ABT) entries in the Detailed Service report, I then must unselect all and then individually select all entries with the 97153 code rather than select "all" once 97153 has been used as a filter. This is a time consuming process especially because it includes all archived billing codes.
