Late Cancel, normal Cancel, and No Show customizations

More customization would be great regarding what constitutes a late cancel. Also, if choosing late cancel or no show for cancellation reason, it still shows up on the payroll report. Which means if they have a sub session or reroute, both the sub session and late cancel/no show will show up on the payroll report making it difficult to track as then I have to delete or change the late cancel/no show to a regular cancel.
