Supervision Report see grouped client % of supervision totals per given period.

PLEASE update the supervision report to include percentage of supervised direct appointments in a given period for each client. We don't need percentage of the overlapping appointment supervised, rather we need percentage in any given period. Currently you have to search by each client individually to see the percentage totals in the totals box and this can be time consuming.
