Reporting

Cancellation notes included with detailed attendance report would be great! I'm having to export the cancellation report and detailed report, and match up the cancellations with the detailed report in order to have all of the information together.

The current Staff Report breaks down the hours by the rendering provider not the actual Staff that provided the services. This report should be at the staff level

Custom Reports. We should be able to build custom reports based on our data in the system.

Can you add a field within the "open cases" report that will allow the filter of "next appointment scheduled". This would be a nice way to check for clients that may require a discharge summary.

It would be helpful for location to be added as a column for the canceled visit report.

It would be beneficial to have a report that shows how much billable and nonbillable time every employee has. This would help the administrative team to determine where we are not being efficient or target ways to decrease nonbillable time.
