I would like to make where parent/guardian can be put on all forms. Or a data point can be flagged as all forms and work like the Clients full name tab after first input.

Please allow to write a progress note from the schedule and when adding a note from the agenda add a way to get back to the agenda with your filters on so you do not have to go through the entire process to get to the day you need to enter notes. ...
