At the moment, you are only notified via email when intake forms have been received if you are the person creating the account and sending out the forms. It would be great if this could be sent out to anyone with Administrative access/permissions....

I would like to make where parent/guardian can be put on all forms. Or a data point can be flagged as all forms and work like the Clients full name tab after first input.
