In Accupoint we could edit notes even after they were billed, and this would send an automatic corrected claim status to billing. Now we cannot edit notes once billed, which is a nightmare. Please include this feature as soon as possible.

I have several staff members just copy notes from the previous day without actually writing another note. One option that would help is getting rid of the copy previous note which will force staff members to write new notes every sessions

A place to leave notes with times on client profile for admin purposes. Example "02/03/2024 5:00 PM parent called in to say may be making a change in insurance".
